Marilyn Ponce is a seasoned Head Chef with a wealth of experience in Canberra's culinary scene and beyond. Throughout her career, she’s held senior roles in established restaurants in the capital and internationally, including openings in Dubai and the Philippines, working at award-winning restaurants and with Michelin Star Chefs. Crediting her mum and eldest sister as her greatest influences, Marilyn is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences.
