Throughout her career, she’s held senior roles in established restaurants in the capital and internationally, including openings in Dubai and the Philippines, working at award-winning restaurants and with Michelin Star Chefs. Crediting her mum and eldest sister as her greatest influences, Marilyn is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences.
